This House
Following two sell out runs at the National Theatre, This House gets its long-awaited West End transfer to the Garrick Theatre this winter, following Kenneth Branagh's hugely successful season. Written by James Graham, this highly relevant piece of political theatre is set in the heart of Westminster. Parliament is agonising over every single decision, whilst the fate of England hangs in the balance. Single votes in the House of Commons make all the difference and politicians turn to fighting in the local bars as tempers boil over. This House takes a good look at the reality behind the scenes of Parliament, where tireless work goes into convincing a diverse chorus of MPs to make the 'right' decisions. Highly relevant in the current political climate, This House opens at the Garrick Theatre in November.
