Unicorn
Is three a crowd where relationships are concerned? Find out with Olivier Award-winner Mike Bartlett’s (Cock, King Charles III) latest play Unicorn, which has its world premiere at the Garrick Theatre in 2025! Starring Stephen Mangan and Nicola Walker as a couple looking to inject a new spark into their marriage, this funny and provocative play from the man who created Doctor Foster also stars The Crown’s Erin Doherty.
Like Bartlett’s other plays, humour and a razor-sharp dissection of personal relationships are laid out on the stage in Unicorn, as Polly (Walker) and Nick (Mangan) - a successful couple with the seemingly perfect life - begin to wonder if something’s missing… or could it be someone? As their lives become more complicated, they’re about to discover a whole new side to themselves. Join them on their journey - full of shocks, laughs and sparkling wit - with tickets to this huge new show from one of the UK’s top playwrights.
On the evening of 20 February 2025 the role of Kate will be played by Phoebe Marshall.
On the matinee of 3 April and 10 April 2025 the role of Nick will be played by Nicholas Cowell.
